In order to satisfy its customer and others stakeholders, activities, very demanding, the Group EQUIP'AERO requires optimal services in terms of keeping commitments deadlines, prices, quality and environmental impact.
For that purpose, the main efforts led by the Management are as follows:
- Waste management (sorting, disposal of hazardous waste in accordance with the appropriate channel),
- Monitoring and reducing rejections and nuisances in the natural environment,
- Responsible use of energy (control and limitation of consumption)
The application of the procedures, of quality and environmental standards, and of the regulations, concerns the responsibility of the whole staff. It is up to each one to conform to this policy and to endeavor at the same time to maintain and permanently improve the Quality and Environmental Management System.
Management requires all personnel to participate in these goals and is committed to provide the resources needed to fulfill the objectives of production, quality and environment, and promote the personal and technical development.
REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization of Chemicals) regulation effective date 1st June 2007, aims on one hand to ensure a high level of protection of the human health and the environment, and on the other hand to reinforce the competitiveness of the sector of chemical substances and innovation.
In this context, EQUIP' AERO has taken into account this European regulation and its obligations.
EQUIP' AERO has engaged the necessary steps with its suppliers so that they ensure that:
- Substance and preparations which we use will be preregistered (by themselves or upstream) and then registered.
- Following the publication of Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern for Authorization (Annex XIV of regulation), they will strengthen the information relative to these substances and will inform us, if necessary, about the presence of these substances in articles and preparations supplied.
Information about REACh Regulation the items delivered are complete. In accordance with the requirements of regulation, a communication will be made to the receiver of the article if it contains substances submitted for approval. Information regarding the analysis of delivered items and substances are available to each customer.
A survey on the list of "Substances of Very High Concern" will also provide our customers with the information required by REACh regulation after each update.
